1. Portal Purpose
The SorryNeedBoost Team Portal is a private internal workspace for authorized team members, collaborators, and administrators. The portal supports internal communication, file libraries, creative asset review, video review, calendar coordination, and related corporate operations.
2. Authorized Access
You may use the portal only if you are invited or approved by SorryNeedBoost. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for notifying an administrator if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the portal, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, upload malicious files, or use internal content outside authorized business purposes.
4. Internal Content
Portal content may include confidential, proprietary, pre-release, or access-restricted material. Unless you have written permission, do not disclose, copy, publish, or distribute internal portal content outside approved SorryNeedBoost workflows.
5. Account Suspension
SorryNeedBoost may suspend, disable, or revoke portal access at any time to protect the organization, comply with policy, or respond to account lifecycle changes.
6. No Public Service Guarantee
The portal is provided as an internal business system. Features may change, be unavailable, or be limited as needed for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
